changed when
I finally said YES!

Juggling 3 kids at 3 schools and a husband’s busy work calendar made for some creative scheduling!  And as a fitness instructor by morning, that meant that instead of touring homes in heels, I often met clients to walk homes in a baseball cap after morning classes.

And while I am sure that contacting the first 100 names on your immediate sphere list worked for many, I wanted to build differently… I wanted to SHOW my sphere what a great job I would do – and I did!  Through hours of relationship building, networking, learning the ins and outs of our local market, I had a tremendous first year in real estate!  In fact, I was so successful that I was even invited to speak to my brokerage about how I had accomplished so much in my first year and what my model looked like for a new agent.
 
Many years later, I have had the privilege of working with so many friends, community members and referrals.  I have gotten to help friends needing to relocate, help neighbors who needed more space (or sometimes less), I have helped friends find a perfect home in the school district they were searching for… and while reflecting about it all, it boiled down to the one thing that really, really motivates me the most, and that is helping.
 
Whether in my corporate career in Community Relations, my non-profit career, my 15 years as a fitness instructor or as a mom and wife, helping others meet a need is my favorite thing on earth. 

When I connected my passion for real estate, design and building a true lifestyle, to being able to help others with their personal goals, everything clicked and I have never looked back.

Every year since that very first has been better and better… I’ve been able to share a more authentic way to build a real estate business with so many and have proven that sticking to your guns, focusing on the relationships and helping my clients in whatever way I can yields success every time.
